FAQs

What is life coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative space where we listen—deeply—to your life. It’s not about fixing or striving. It’s about noticing what’s here, honoring who you are, and gently following what wants to emerge. I walk with you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom, voice, and rhythm.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy often looks to the past to bring healing. Coaching honors the present and asks, *what now?* We don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, we create space for you to make meaning, move forward, and trust your becoming. Coaching can walk alongside therapy, or meet you in a different chapter of your healing.

What is Restorative Presence Coaching?

Restorative Presence Coaching is my unique, trauma-informed approach to mindfulness-based coaching. While traditional mindfulness coaching may focus on meditation or attention training, this work invites something deeper:

    •    A space to return to your body gently

    •    A slowing down that makes room for grief, intuition, and mystery

    •    An honoring of your lived experience, without trying to fix or rush you

    •    A deep respect for the parts of you that have kept you safe

This is mindfulness reimagined—for those unlearning survival, for those deconstructing old systems, and for those longing to feel at home in themselves again.

It’s not a branded method or a textbook model—it’s a way of being present with you that emerged from my own journey through trauma, unmaking, and slow becoming.

Who do you work with?

I hold space for the ones who’ve walked through fire and are learning to soften. Neurodivergent folks. Trauma survivors. People navigating thresholds, identity shifts, or the quiet ache of wanting more. If you’re craving slowness, truth, and gentleness—this space is for you.

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

No diagnosis is required. I welcome you as you are, with or without labels or clinical language.

What is your coaching style like?

Slow. Spacious. Attuned. I don’t come with an agenda; I meet you where you are. We might work with parts of you that show up, pause for a somatic check-in, or sit in silence for a moment longer. This is a space where nothing has to be performed or rushed. Your presence is enough.

What do sessions look like?

Each session is co-created. We begin by grounding, then follow what feels alive—questions, emotions, desires, resistance. Some sessions are full of clarity; others offer quiet integration. There’s no wrong way to show up. You are always welcome as you are.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. All sessions are held over Zoom. You’re invited to bring a cozy blanket, a favorite mug, or whatever helps you feel safe and rooted in your body.

How often do we meet?

Weekly or biweekly tends to support integration best, but we’ll honor your pace and capacity. This work moves in rhythm with your nervous system—not against it.

Is your coaching trauma-informed?

Yes. Consent, choice, and safety are at the heart of everything. I won’t push or pry. We move slowly, with reverence for your “no,” your silence, your truth. Every part of you is welcome here—even the ones that still feel unsure.

What are your rates? Do you offer a sliding scale?

I offer several pricing tiers and a few sliding-scale spots each season. Healing should be accessible *and* sustainable. If you’re feeling called to this work, reach out—we’ll find a way to talk about what’s possible.

How do I know if this is right for me?

You’ll know. And we’ll start with a free call to feel into it together. There’s no pressure. Just space to notice what stirs in you when we connect.
